We give our guests space but we're available when needed
As your host, we are available from 0900-2200 seven days a week. The preferred method of communication is via the platform but if you have an immediate need you can call me by phone. Just please keep in mind that you are renting a private home and not a hotel thus our response time is not immediate, as it would be a hotel.

The home is a 3369 sqft, 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom home in Fort Lauderdale! The house sits on a full acre lot with plenty of space to run, play or simply enjoy the outdoors. The property has enough space for your boat or RV.
For those of you looking for longer stays or a place to work and play, this property has a large area that serves as an office.
The backyard is perfect for socializing and enjoying some backyard BBQ's or for drinking wine after a day at the beach or shopping. This is an absolutely perfect location. Less than 3 miles to the Ocean, 2 miles to the Las Olas Night Life Dining and Shopping. Quick access to 95 / 595 for commutes & under 10 minutes to Fort Lauderdale Airport.

Parking: Our driveway can fit four cars max. Strictly no grass or street parking.

Same day bookings will require at least 4 hours to process your reservation.

In order to ensure a worry-free stay. We have two options. One is a $500 refundable deposit or $49 non-refundable damage waiver. The deposit will be returned if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay and the waiver will cover accidental damages up to $500.00.

*The $49 waiver does not apply to same day bookings, 1 night reservation, local guests and more than 28 nights reservations.
*Reservations from Bookxxg. com will be required the $500 refundable security deposit.
