Everything is within walking distance with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The AC was cold and the bed was clean. We had a small kitchenette that was equipped with the basics. My husband and I had a great time here.

The hotel staff are so nice. Hotel staff help and provide extra cleaning supplies and beach chairs if you need it. Many people stayed there for more than a month. Its by far the best you can find for the price.

A family-run budget place in a great location 5 minute's walk from Hollywood Beach boardwalk. Mini market two minute's walk away for beer and other basic supplies, Good sized room with a/c, clean linen and towels. Microwave plus full-sized stove and fridge. Outdoor sitting area with barbecues

not even 1 minute walk to the beach, very clean and it has parking next to building. The rooms have old appliance and furniture but still manageble, you get what you pay for. For what I payed for I give it 5 stars

Great distance from the beach, very convenient, the bedding had a few stains although I’m sure it had been washed. Good place to bring your own things and cook for yourself. The room was fairly clean. Could use more toilet paper and toiletries. Great for those travelling on a budget. Loved the location though!

Friendly and helpful staff. You don’t come to this place for the luxurious accommodation, but the excellent location!! Steps from the Broadwalk and the beach! Front desk two blocks away does not open before 11am. No drop key box.

Well located within seconds of central Hollywood Beach, Hollywood Broadwalk, near restaurants and shops, and entertainment. Noisy area, so don't come here if you want to relax! Old hotel appartment, with old amenities to almost none. Be advised that the two-storey building is not soundproof!

The location is perfect as well as the parking (of course a fare charge for the night), but the room inside was messy, there was water on the floor you don't know from where come, the worst was no front desk to ask for more towels or service, the check-in you have to do close to the property but no service in the property, if you need anything is nobody to ask, the check out you have to leave because the office doesn't open until 11:00 am, I am waiting for the hold in the card released without charge, I left at 9:00 am, and nobody to check out around 11:15 am I called and security said office open at 11:00 am and I did the correct way for check just lock the door and left...

This place was terrible. The grass was so overgrown, the stairs were black from not being cleaned. Overgrown trees onto the stairs. The entire property was unmanicured and actually looked abandoned. The couch/bed was so dirty as if never cleaned. I had to go to the store to buy sheets just to lay over it, it was that bad. The drawers on the dressers had no handles and had ties on them to open. There was no outside grill as advertised. The people staying there were definitely addicts and had ankle monitors on. I felt very unsafe here. I usually never leave a bad review but this all cannot go unsaid. The staff themselves were communicable. There were only two towels, which were stained. No was towel, etc. I actually packed and left a night early. So disappointed.

we reserve these place for my birthday weekend a month before an hour before checking in , we received a called that they dint had any rooms we still went there and everything was a nightmare's when we got there an old person calling himself the owner try to accommodate us in another place the room dint even had ac and we were not able to leave the room because they were employees trying to fix the ac that was broken beside the toilet dint worked either , next day we went to our assign motel charter house there was no parking even if you paid for it rooms are super duty bed is horrible a bad experience and i don't think is fair to paid 400 or something for 2 nigh and all of these to happened. service should be better and reservation should be accommodated on a correct manner to avoid all of these to happened again , ALSO CLEAN YOUR ROOMS - the area is great life music a lot places to eat and beach in the corner Hollywood itself is always a win win. please don't come here they are still cheap places with better quality.

The hotel location it’s unbeatable. Literally 5 min walking distance from the beach, live music and if you’re lucky free parking! Easy check in and clean room. Will stay again!
