A compact kitchenette is equipped for quick cooking, and the bathroom is clean and easy to use. The space is simple, practical, and well-suited for travelers who want a smooth, comfortable home base while exploring Fort Lauderdale.”

Self check-in: Complete check-in instructions and access code will be provided 48 hours before arrival.

Other things to note:

Please note that there are other guests staying in the property, so we ask that you be respectful of each other. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, in accordance with Fort Lauderdale regulations. Thank you for helping us maintain a peaceful environment

Pool and Tiki Hut:
The pool and tiki hut are shared with guests from other units. However, it’s rare for everyone to use the area at the same time, so there’s usually plenty of space for everyone to enjoy comfortably.

PET FEE:
Maximum of 2 pets allowed for max 25lbs each. Will charge $50 per pet per day

Our pool is maintained at a comfortable 82°F. If you’d like it heated further, please let us know at least 8 hours in advance and we’ll be happy to arrange it for a small daily fee. Thank you!
