Our stay could not have been any better!! The house was perfect….updated from top to bottom! Clean, comfortable with everything we needed. Kitchen fully stocked! The location is excellent! We could walk everywhere! Holiday park to play pickle ball, tennis have lunch at the Florida Panthers new practice facility! Walk to the beach, 1.5 miles. Close to The Galleria Mall, Hugh Tayler Birch State Park which we can’t say enough wonderful things about…The host was very responsive and helpful. We would stay again in a heartbeat!! Lots of space, convenient location

Easy place for a family of three to stay. Great location- you can walk to Publix or the post office (and a cute French bakery- Croissantime). Kitchen, washer & dryer and extra towels were good amenities.

Comfort, location, communication

We stayed at this lovely townhome for a visit with our adult son, who lives nearby. The location was convenient to Las Olas, beaches, and grocery shopping, and the neighborhood was quiet and lovely. The townhome was nicely decorated and well appointed for our nine-day stay. The hosts even had beach chairs and towels for us to use. The linens were good quality (soft, large towels!) and the kitchen was generally well-equipped, with plenty of seating. We would have loved an ice cream scoop and more eating utensils for the evenings we invited our son and his girlfriend over for dinner. The property was modern and all updated, with new, high-quality appliances. The beds were fairly comfortable, but a little firm for my taste - but that is always such a personal matter! We appreciated the coded entry so we did not have to manage keys, the dedicated parking space, the private fenced-in yard, the tiled floors on the main level, the updated bathrooms, and the large, comfortable seating in the living room and dining area. The property was very clean and well-cared for. Chris and Courtney were responsive and answered all of our questions promptly. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!

Beautiful!!

Very beautiful, modern and impeccably clean townhome!! We stayed a week with no problems what so ever. Conveniently located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Townhome was well stocked with kitchen items. Check in is super easy and owner was very helpful.

Chris was a very helpful and very responsive host. The condo is as lovely as the photos and has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The neighborhood was safe, beautiful and quiet. The location is great - close to everything you need or wherever might want to go.

Everything was perfect.

I couldn't be happier with this property. It had everything, and I mean everything, we needed to make our stay so comfortable. The hosts responded immediately to a couple of questions and the questions were answered satisfactorily. Chris and Courtney have gone out of their way to make this property feel like home and it did. The location was great for what I needed. I would definitely stay here again when I am in the area.
