This sunny 1BR/1BA condo blends comfort and convenience. The bedroom includes a cozy bed and plenty of storage, while the living space offers extra sleeping room—accommodating up to 4 guests total. A fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep easy, and the inviting living area is great for unwinding. For added convenience, a paid washer and dryer are available in the building. A perfect stay for work or leisure!
Reservation Policies
We kindly ask all guests to review and comply with the following policies to ensure a smooth and pleasant stay:
1. Check-In and Door Codes
Door codes are shared at 4 PM on the day of check-in.
Check-in is allowed between 4 PM and 11 PM only. Arrivals outside of this window are considered a violation of our house rules, as our support hours are from 8 AM to 12 AM.
2. Early Check-In, Late Check-Out, and Bag Drop
Subject to availability and must be approved in advance.
3. Door Code Restrictions
Door codes will not be issued unless the $100 incidental deposit and guest registration are fully completed.
4. Deposit Release
The $100 incidental deposit is refunded within 3–7 days after your original check-out date.
5. Complaint Policy
All complaints must be reported within 30 minutes of check-in to be considered valid.
6. Early Departures
Notify us immediately and clearly if you decide to depart early so we can update the calendar and address any issues promptly.
For early check-outs, it's highly recommended to submit an alteration request to recover unspent nights and make the dates available for others. We will then review the nights already used.
7. Reservation Changes
Any changes to your reservation must be made before 10 AM daily.
Due to app system restrictions, no changes can be made after 10 AM, and we are unable to override this.
8. Early Departure Requests
If you need to leave early, please submit an alteration request to streamline the approval process and protect your eligibility for any refund.
9. Refund Policy
No courtesy refunds are provided under any circumstances.
10. Full Refund Requests
If you request a full refund, be prepared for immediate check-out.
Be sure to submit an alteration request for early departure to potentially reclaim unspent, non-refundable nights.
We may consider a courtesy refund for spent nights at our discretion, based on the situation.
11. Amenities Coordination
For amenity requests (e.g., extra linens, toiletries), please notify us at least 24 hours in advance, between 4 PM and 12 AM, so our team can assist the following day.
12. Extra Cleaning Requests
For issues or courtesy cleanings, please submit a request at least 24 hours in advance and before 10 AM on the required day.
Incidental Deposit Policy
A $100 incidental hold is required after booking as a preventive measure in case of damages.
As API-connected hosts, we reserve the right to collect this fee through a third-party provider.

If damages exceed the deposit, the Airbnb Resolution Center will be used to address the issue, which may involve charges to your card or coverage under AirCover.

No Parties or Events
Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 6 AM
No Smoking Anywhere on the Property
Violation will result in a $300 fine and immediate dismissal from the rental without a refund.
Noise/Disturbance or Police Involvement:
A $250 penalty will be charged for excessive noise, parties, or inappropriate behavior that leads to a police call-out. This also results in immediate removal from the property with no refund.
Trash Policy:
A $100 penalty applies for leaving trash outside the property entrance.
Once your unit’s trash bins are full, please use the large communal bins at the building entrance.
Toilet Use:
Do not dispose of trash, paper towels, or any items other than toilet paper in the toilet. Use the trash can to avoid clogs.
Damage to Property or Common Areas:
Any damage will result in a pro-rated charge applied directly to your booking account.

The door is locked securely
