Please be advised that dish-ware, glassware, kitchenware and/or utensils have been provided in this home as a guest convenience. These items have been cleaned within this home using ordinary household dishwashing facilities & agents. They have not been sanitized according to Federal & State standards for public service establishments

This property includes an internal Minut smart device to measure noise levels over 85 decibels. It does not have a camera but measures only volume levels throughout the home and outside.
This property features 2 exterior security cameras. One is at the front facing the front door entrance. The other is under the carport facing the entrance door.

Please do not put the following in toilets: paper towels, sanitary products, baby wipes & other cleaning wipes as they will clog the pipes, and you could be responsible for the cost to clear the sewer line

This house was amazing!!! They thought of everything that you'll ever need. It's definitely worth the money. The best part was the pool area! All I can say is wow!
