  • Located in the very peaceful, family friendly neighborhood of Victoria Park, steps away from Holiday Park. Within walking distance to downtown Fort Lauderdale, Las Olas, Fat Village, one block from Holiday Park (which has a dog park included,) and many other surrounding businesses & great restaurants! This home features a secluded, fenced in outside yard/patio, free parking for up to 4 cars, and a full laundry room. This listing is for left side of the property which is completely fenced in perfect for complete privacy or letting dogs roam outside. Only shared space with neighbor is laundry room.

    • Pets are welcome, * (there is a non refundable pet fee of $50.)
    • Propane for the grill is provided, free of charge.

    * - Our guests comfort & health is most important to us. Please note, if any animal waste is left on property and not properly discarded of, in or outdoors, will resort in a $50 removal fee per waste. Security cameras located on the exterior of the property facing the driveway. Noise Detection device located inside of property in the living room(required by city to monitor decibel levels. Come stay at this home and make it an epic holiday!
