Wonderful, clean, and fun place to stay. Could use some sheets for the couches, but it was such a delight to stay in. Really enjoyed kayaking, from the back yard.

Loved it!

Checking in was super easy, we arrived later than we thought and were able to get in, settled and have dinner delivered very quickly. So many places close by! We were so comfortable in the bedrooms, had plenty of room to be in the main living area together (there were 7 of us) and spread out. The kitchen, bathrooms and laundry were all great. The back yard patio was SO inviting. The husband's in our group LOVED fishing right out back. The kids loved the iguanas and ducks that came to visit every day. We were in town for a wedding at one of the beach front resorts and the short drive was so easy and convenient! We will be keeping this listing for future stays!

The rental was very run down and didn’t have basic things like toilet paper holders, dish towels etc. They advertised as being “cruise friendly” although their check out time was 10. We needed an extra hour and was charged 100 extra. We are currently dealing with a charge of 1700 which was a mistakenly added when we added an extra hour. They have had two weeks to rectify, but still haven’t and the host won’t return my messages. I give this place an overall rating or 0 out of 5.

Very noisy

Very noisy. One couch leg was broken, couldn’t sit on that couch. Dryer was broke. Since we had 10 people the dryer & couch being broke made it difficult for us. 2 holes in bottom of door that went outside in a bedroom. Had to stuff paper in them to keep anything from outside coming in. Unit sits right on main highway & close to hospital with very loud car & ambulance noise all night long. Wasn’t aware of 2 extra units attached to house, garage & side room. Had people show up & we helped them find the units that we didn’t even know were there. The only nice area was the back area to sit otherwise we were very disappointed with our overall experience.
