The property was as advertised. The property was clean and in a perfect location, just steps from the boardwalk and performance stage. Property management was very responsive and addressed our concerns very quickly. Customer service was excellent as they tried to address unexpected maintenance issues. I reported that the bedroom A/C wasn't working. A manager came out and stated the issue was with improper temperature settings. Unfortunately, that did not correct the issue, and we did not have proper cooling on our first evening. The next day, the unit had to be replaced, requiring maintenance to work for almost an hour and a half. Parking is a definite issue and expensive if you are unable to purchase a permit.
