Welcome to our tropical retreat! We want to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable, so here are a few important things to keep in mind:
1. Tropical Climate & Pests:
Our warm, tropical climate means that bugs are part of the natural environment. While we treat our property professionally on a monthly basis, these little critters can be persistent. To help keep them outside, please promptly remove trash and keep doors, windows, and screens closed. We've strategically placed a few bait traps around the house, and for your convenience, bug spray is available under the kitchen sink.
You may also encounter lizards and iguanas around the backyard. They are harmless and more afraid of you than you are of them. Consider them a minor trade-off for enjoying our beautiful tropical surroundings.
2. Maximum Occupancy:
Maximum of 10 adults and children.
Exceeding this limit will result in immediate cancellation of the booking.

3. Landscaping & Pool Services:
Landscaping: Our landscaping service visits every other week, usually accessing the property through the side or back gates. Don’t be alarmed if you see them during your stay. We reserve the right to enter the property to make necessary repairs and maintenance.
Pool Cleaning: : The pool cleaning company comes once a week, typically on Mondays, through the front side gate. Again, don’t be alarmed if you see them. We reserve the right to enter to perform necessary maintenance.
4. Pool Safety:
