Perfect Location and Beautiful Courtyard

This rental is perfect for a single person who wants a peaceful and lovely getaway. A couple could also fit in this space, but it is quite small. I was able to get grocery delivery and cook all my meals. Beach chairs and towels are provided, which is a bonus. The courtyard is so beautiful, bountiful in a large variety of pretty topical plants. At night there are colorful lights that add fun vibes to this outdoor space. Live music can be heard from the apartment, which I enjoyed, but it's not too loud and doesn't go on too late. Best of all, you can walk to the beach or Broadwalk within a minute or less. Some updates could be made to the inside of the rental and the wifi was a little spotty, but I didn't spend too much time indoors. It was also a little tricky dealing with the "middle man" Vacasa but the owners said they would be moving away from them, which I think is a good move for better communication.

Stay at Hollywood Beach

I enjoyed my stay at Bella Vista. Everything was good. The hairdryer only works for a few seconds, so if you plan on using one you’ll have to bring one

Perfect stay

Place is very good for a couple. Location is amazing if you want a beach holiday. Beach is walking distance and water is amazing, clear, clean. Having kitchen was a big plus for us as well.

Great location and Host !!

We loved most everything about our stay, beautiful location and patio area! The inside was very clean and had many amenities. The downfalls were lack of ventilation, so there was alot of moisture in the room making things feel damp including our bedding and left a musty odor. The bed was only a double and not queen as what listed in the original posting. Plus the AC unit was right by the bed, and there was a light that shown through the front door all night lighting up the entire inside. Otherwise it was all great !!

Great little beach bungalow

Private space in the back. Owner and wide are super friendly. Quick walk to the beach. Back area has a barbecue grill, tables, and. Chairs, with lots of what trees and foliage.

Vacation.

Almost everything was great. I wish there was access to laundry. The only complaint was the bed was too small and very uncomfortable. Didnt look like a queen as advertised, looked more like a full. I woke up sore and in pain every day. Other than that it was perfect for us. Thank you!

My girlfriend and I stayed here for for nights and absolutely loved it. The property is less than a minute’s walk to the beach and within walking distance of lots of places to eat and drink. I never felt like it was too noisy or busy though. It’s on a quiet street and has a beautiful patio/garden that we had to ourselves the entire stay. It’s extremely clean, in a safe area, and the hosts were friendly and seemed genuinely invested in ensuring we had a pleasant stay. I am so glad we found this place; if we return to south Florida on another trip we will absolutely be staying here.

Amazing location but poor communication

We had issues with people parking in our designated parking spot. We contacted Vacasa many times and had poor unhelpful responses from random customer service people. We never met whoever manages the property, but when we finally were able to park in our spot, they left us a note saying we needed to pay for the day or be fined. When we reached out to the vacasa team to see what was up, we never heard from them. By this time our stay was done so it did not matter. Besides that hiccup this place and amazingly close to the beach and broad walk. We spent all day on the beach and ate at a new place every night. I would consider going back. It was clean and had all the essentials. Perfect for a couples get away!

Nice Little Retreat

Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted by the owners, John & Enga. They owners immediately made us feel welcome and showed us to our room. The little courtyard was a peaceful oasis right off of the boardwalk. We will definitely visit this place again and it’s hard to beat for the price. The only critical remarks are toward the A/C unit being directly next to the bed (less than 36 inches) and the loudness of the unit and cold air blowing directly on you can make it hard to sleep. The toilet is very close to the wall in front of it so very tight area. Again these are being critical. The unit was very clean and had a nice little setup for a short stay. You are literally steps away from the boardwalk and beach. We are grateful for the owners hospitality and welcoming experience at their place.

Terrific place to stay.

Perfect location, literally steps away from the beach and boardwalk. Cute patio, secluded for privacy. The studio was impeccably clean! If you’re not renting a car, you can use the Sun Shuttle to get to the other end of Ocean Dr for dinner, drinks and shopping for only $1 per person. I can’t wait to return again in the near future! The owners are incredibly kind.
