Apartment is located close to downtown Hollywood off a street with moderate traffic at all hours. The management company is responsive and has adequate staff on hand to address issues timely - handyman, appliance techs, etc. The unit itself had many issues while we were there broken bed, broken microwave, broken a/c (4 days), leaking faucet, etc. It appears that they do a quick clean in between guests, but do not deep clean (dirty dishes, floors, dead ants on windowsills) nor do they do regular maintenance on systems. The furniture/decor in the apartment has changed from the photos affecting the aesthetic of the apartment - dining chairs are gray, missing coffee table, etc. The unit does not get as much natural light as shown in the photos either. We had a okay stay, but experienced too many issues to provide a higher rating.
