  • Enjoy the perfect beach getaway directly on the famous Hollywood Beach Broadwalk, facing the ocean. This beautiful 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo is located in a smaller, upscale, and exclusive building and has successfully passed all required inspections.
    It simply does not get any better than this location! Step outside and you are just seconds from the sand, surf, restaurants, and entertainment along the Broadwalk.
    The Space

    Public parking in Hollywood Beach typically can easily exceed $40 per day, and availability is not guaranteed. Having a reserved parking space at the building provides convenience and peace of mind during your stay.

    The condo is on the 6th floor and the building has an elevator for easy access.
    However, guests may need to use the stairs in case of emergencies, hurricanes, or elevator maintenance.

Great condo with perfect location to all restaurants and music on the broadwalk !!!We loved watching the sunrise from the balcony! The pool was great for our 2 year old granddaughter! Lourdes met us at our arrival and also when we left!! Condo itself is a bit older but everything was functional. A/C worked great!! I would go back there in a heartbeat!!
