Awesome for family

This property is in a great location and quiet neighborhood. The home us layrd iut great for multiple couple or families. The host was prompt and helpful. I cannot say enough about this vrbo. We had my children and grand kids with us.

Uncomfortable to say the least

The house was situated in a nice neighborhood, but unfortunately, it had an ant infestation and we also came across some cockroaches. The management was informed and they sent someone to spray, but it seemed to have attracted more ants instead. Furthermore, the mattress in the master bedroom was as hard as a brick and extremely uncomfortable. On the day before we were supposed to check out, the air conditioning went out, and despite notifying the management, no one came until the next day as we were leaving. We had to bear the heat and discomfort of a stuffy house for 24 hours, making it an unpleasant experience. I was promised a refund of at least $250. I never received it.

Great place, great neighborhood. One member liked it so much he's coming back with family. A couple of comments (and this may seem odd), but a damp mop, broom and dust pan would be helpful (we like to keep the place picked up). We've done rentals before and complimentary snacks/coffee is always nice upon arrival. Enjoy the day !

Nice!!

We enjoyed our time there with friends and family and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. All beds are king or queen size would it be nice if they have bunk beds for kids at least in one bedroom. 😉

January vacation to celebrate my 80th

We were a family of 10 - the house was wonderful - well situated and perfect for our needs although we brought extra bedding to avoid fights - since 4 children/teens were sharing beds. The location was perfect for us - easy access to the highways which made day trips fun and easy to do -The heated pool was a joy having come from an arctic freeze up north! I would suggestion: Having more pool toys and re-wording trash removal information - specifically - how to access the garbage cans - Other than that - we had a wonderful time and thank you for quickly fixing the doorknob!

A little vacation

The property was VERY clean. It had an open, yet coziness about it. Close to the beach, which was really nice for us, and the grandkids could still get their "pool" time. I would recommend this one!!

Perfect pick for a family

I’m so extremely happy I picked this place for our stay. Neighborhood is excellent - slightly secluded, yet very close to all the shopping and restaurants. Proximity to FLL made our check out process even easier. Place was VERY clean on arrival and host’s replies were speedy and on point! Would absolutely recommend and stay there again in the future.

Great Family vacation

My husband and I traveled with our 5 children, ages 17-30. This house was perfect for all of us. It was clean, roomy and comfortable. We did have a minor issue in the beginning, I contacted management and someone came out within 30 mins and fixed our problem. The pool and covered porch was a big hit. Especially since we vacationed during a very HOT week. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking big family meals. Instacart was a lifesaver. We had access to many stores including Costco and BJ's that delivered all our food. The house is also close to a Walmart, Publix and Winn Dixie. The beach, restaurants and other places were close by. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. We will definitely recommend this vacation home and book again, next time we visit florida.

Blissful

First off the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and less than 10 minute drive from the beach. The pool was the major winner here. it was heated!!! Everything was as described and will rent again!

Perfect Vacation Home!

We rented this house for 10 days, we have absolutely no complaints.The House was clean, pool was perfect sized covered in a net so we had no issues with mosquitoes. The check in and check out process was easy. I definitely will be coming back to this house next year. Thank you for having us and beautifully decorated house!

Awesome stay in Hollywood.

I’ve really enjoyed the house and neighborhood. Listing was accurate, house was clean and spacious. It’s my first time in Hollywood, FL and it was a very pleasant trip. There is a lot to do in Hollywood, close to shopping, restaurants, short drive to beach. The best part was the pool: clean and warm. The only thing I would like to have is an extra bathroom or half-bathroom. Otherwise, everything was great.

Very responsive management

We loved this neighborhood, the playground nearby, and the pool (with safety fence). The property manager was incredibly responsive, getting back to our questions within minutes and addressing a few maintenance things super quickly (even dropping off a new can opener for us). The kitchen supplies are limited, but it gets the job done for vacation. This spot was great for our family vacation week!

Great Stay!

Eight of us, kids and adults, had plenty of room to enjoy ourselves. Driving around was easy; 10 minutes to the beach (parking is about $3/hr anywhere in the area). We cooked most of our dinners at the house and ate by the pool; the pool was really nice. We had everything we needed and didn't have any issues. So, great stay ovearall!

Great house great neighborhood

The owners are great and super fast to respond. The house was great they provided plenty of paper products, toothpaste etc even toothbrushes if you forget! House is super clean! I am a landlord so I’m very picky where I stay this house was nice and clean!

Clean, modern, spacious, with pool

The house is best for adults. Modern baths with great shower heads, good firm mattresses. Very nice and plentiful seating and nice pool and grill. Although they provide a crib and high chair, there are no rugs to put a baby down on floor, toys or even adult board games/puzzles we find in other beach houses. No beach chairs, umbrellas or any beach gear. Also the kitchen is bare bones pots and pans, no crock pot or Dutch oven. Silverware only for 10 which is a real pain even with only 8 adults there, we never had enough. We purchased a muffin pan, brownie pan, bbq brush.. Nice quiet neighborhood with wonderful park very close by. They mowed the lawn at 8am on Saturday which we were not too thrilled about.

Fun in Hollywood Florida

My husband and our adult children and spouses enjoyed or stay. The pool is large and warm. The house is spacious and the bathrooms are recently renovated. Check in and contact with management was seamless. The neighborhood is lovely and very upscale. Convenient to the beach, downtown Hollywood restaurantss and food shopping.
