To access the Villa which is located in the back. you would have to access entry via the side gate. a code will be provided upon arrival.
Please note it’s not a heated pool.

Due to the stairs and non gated pool area it’s considered not suitable for small children. Please don’t try to book this unit with small children as this is considered a direct violation of one of my house rules.

~Please adhere to the strict check out time (10:00 am) otherwise you will be charged $50.00 if you go over the first 30 minutes. after an hour you will be charged an entire day (value of a day's stay) without the right to use or stay in the apt. without permission.
~This house has been recently updated and renovated therefore all appliance and fixtures are working and in perfect condition. should something malfunction please report immediately so we can corrected prior to your departure.
