Nestled just a mile away from the pristine sands of South Florida's stunning beaches, Azure Dreams Luxury House offers the perfect blend of elegance and tranquility. The location boasts a variety of entertainment options, restaurants, and a nearby supermarket, all within walking distance.

The space:

This newly renovated and remodeled modern 2-bedroom, 1-bath house is within a mile of the beach with newly refinished, HEATED) and SALTY pool. Situated in a safe, quiet, family-oriented neighborhood, this single-family dwelling is perfect for families and mature adults. Please note, we do not rent to college groups.
With respect to our neighbors, the home is not available for parties or group gatherings of any kind. Escape with your family and friends to this great home featuring a private, spacious backyard with a salty water pool and a new BBQ grill with side burner. Multiple seating areas throughout the pool area are ready for your relaxation and entertaining.

The home is equipped with modern amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen and state of the art voice activated services such as lights,
TV, music that is running on Alexa with.

Split Air condition is available directly for the primary house areas such as living room, kitchen and dining, as well as indirectly for bedrooms which are only equipped with embedded fan. In-home laundry facility, Wi-Fi, and an open living space.

Inside, you'll find a spacious master bedroom with queen bed, brand-new bathroom, a closet. The second bedroom has a queen-size. There are no TVs in bedrooms.

Families are welcome to stay with their children. However, to maintain the tranquility of our neighborhood, our house is not available for parties or large gatherings.
Other things to note
As the responsible party and primary occupant of this rental, you must be present during the entire reserved period. We do not rent to college groups.

The person responsible for the credit card payment must email us the photo IDs of all staying guests (US driver's license, passport, or other legal identification).

Provide us with information about your trip and your guests before booking.

If at any time the maximum occupancy exceeds the initial booking, or if there is excessive noise, the owner reserves the right to evict guests immediately and charge a minimum service fee of $500. Refunds for remaining days are at the owner's discretion.

The owner must be notified about all additional visitors not part of the initial reservation and must approve their arrival.

Any sign of smoking inside the house will incur a minimum fee of $500.

No more than four cars are legally allowed to park on the property.

For additional sleeping arrangements, please contact the owner before booking.

Non-compliance with our house rules and policies could lead to the forfeiture of the entire security deposit.
