Welcome to our 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with an amazing heated pool, spa, and gas BBQ. The house was completely remodeled in early 2024 with all new furniture, sheets and bedding. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and washer/dryer. The master has a king size bed with a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, also with its private bathroom. The third bedroom has two queen beds and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds. The third and fourth bedrooms share a full bathroom.

The accommodation
ROOMS:
Room 1 (Master Suit): 1 KING BED
Room 2 (Master Suit): 1 QUEEN BED.
Room 3: 2 QUEEN BEDS.
Room 4: 2 TWIN BEDS

• All bedrooms have SMART TV. There is no cable! Guests can use their streaming accounts (Netflix, Hulu, etc.).

• 3 full bathrooms, shampoo, body soap, conditioner and hand cream are provided, all DOVE brand or similar. (1 container per bathroom is delivered) If you need extra, you must request it at least 1 day in advance.
• Living room: comfortable sofas, 65-inch TV.
• Kitchen: Stainless steel appliances, spacious closet. We offer coffee, with a wide variety of sweeteners. We also have small appliances, such as a blender, toaster and coffee maker. Basic dishes, utensils, pots and pans are available. Dishwasher available with its corresponding tablets for use
• Dining room: table for 8
• Outdoors: private pool, lounge chairs, and propane grill.
• Washer and dryer available. Laundry detergent provided.

Guest access
Note: All door codes, information and wifi details will be sent. Check the message folder on the booking site's message board.

Guests have complete full access to the entire house and backyard except for the locked doors labeled "Staff Only."

* The house is not equipped for children. Always supervise children.

* It is prohibited to enter the pool with glass dishes (plastic cups are provided at your disposal in the house) in case a glass breaks inside the pool and you have to empty the pool completely the cost is 4,000 usd
*Daily housekeeping services are not provided. Inquire privately to be able to coordinate in advance
* All televisions are smart (Smart TV) for online streaming. There is no cable television.
* Planned work such as lawn care, pool maintenance, repairs may require access to the house or yard. We will inform you in advance of scheduled services.
** To make your stay more comfortable, we offer you beach towel sets. If you need more towels, we recommend using the washer/dryer for a quick solution.

The minimum age to book this accommodation is 25 years old.

**Important information:**

1. **Safety and care:**
We do everything in my power to ensure your safety. In the event of emergencies, fires or medical incidents, instructions and contact information for emergency services will be provided at the house.

2. **House rules:**
Familiarize yourself with the basic house rules, including quiet hours, no smoking indoors, and other guidelines to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.

3. **Cancellation policy:**
Please review our cancellation policy before booking to avoid future misunderstandings.

4. **Additional paid services:**
- * We can provide cleanings during your stay, always requesting them in advance and subject to availability of the cleaning staff, the value is $225 usd and includes replacement of basic items such as coffee in the kitchen, soap, shampoo, moisturizing creams and conditioner in all the bathrooms and tablets for dishwashing and washing machines in the laundry room. All sheets and towels are changed and a general cleaning is done in the kitchen and all floors. Cleaning during your stay can take up to 5 hours, the best possible job is done taking into account that guests' belongings can make the work of the cleaning staff more time consuming. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING OF VALUE when cleaning, the company is not responsible for theft, theft or breakages of any kind.

✱✱A fine starting at $500 will be applied if there is evidence of smoking inside after departure.

✱✱Please note that there is a noise ordinance from 10:00 p.m. m. to 8:00 a.m. m., which means no noise of any kind that can be heard by the neighbors, such as talking and music... this can be found in the house rules and is strictly enforced, thank you!

✱✱Parties of any kind are not allowed at any time. Only guests are allowed on the reservation at the property at any time during your stay

✱✱Please note that security cameras are outside the unit for the safety of all guests staying at the property; Tampering, covering, or moving them without the host's consent will be subject to a $100 fine. Thank you for helping us take care of our property.

✱✱Our goal is to make your experience pleasant, including the use of our pool. Keeping a pool spotless is important, which is why we schedule pool cleaning twice a week, but natural factors like wind, rain, and surrounding vegetation can occasionally cause debris or leaves to appear despite our best efforts.

✱✱The owners are not responsible for the loss of the guest's personal belongings or valuables.


✱✱Guests, please note that Miami is located in a tropical climate and insects and lizards flourish in this environment. If the doors are not kept closed, small visitors may enter.) Although Owner will make every effort to keep interaction with these pests to a minimum during their stay, Guest understands that any contact by Guest with such pests inside or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement nor entitle Guest to any refund or rental adjustment.

✱✱Neither the owner nor the property manager is responsible for any accident, injury or illness that occurs while on the premises, this includes the use of the pool on the premises at any time. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests expressly assume the risk of any damage arising from their use of the facilities.
