While we strive to ensure accurate listings, unforeseen maintenance issues with shared amenities and the common areas of the entire property, such as the pools, gyms, and other resort-style features can occur beyond our immediate control.

★PARKING

The building offers VALET parking ONLY. Overnight guests pay $40 + tax per night for regular vehicles, and more for large vehicles.
An alternative for parking is a PUBLIC parking pass for the whole month . With the public parking pass you can park on any street or city parking lot (300 Connecticut St). This is subject to change, and should be confirmed with the City website.


★PET FEE :$60 per PET /per STAY .(To clarify, the $60 fee is an extra cleaning fee for the pet not for the service animal. As per the ADA, we do not charge any fees for a service animal.)

★For guests with INFANTS additional accommodation for Booster Chair and Portable Pack N Play is available.

★SMOKING or VAPING inside condo is NOT allowed

★★★ No NOISE past 10:00 p.m - No parties or events allowed.★★★

FINES up to $750.00 for violating Property RULES

➡When it is available , we do ACCEPT earlier CHECK-INS and late CHECK-OUTS for an extra fee

★EARLY CHECK IN FEE and LATE CHECK OUT FEE : $20 for every hour past or before standard check in/check out time . Please contact us in advance to inquire about availability and arrange for an early check-in or late check out.
All early check-ins/late check outs must be pre-approved by host & payment confirmed before guest checks in early or checks out late
