"We arrived to the hotel at night. Our keys were hanging on a board outside the convenient store with other keys for other guests inside of an envelope. Never went to the store because it opened after we left and before we arrived each day. Not the most convenient hours."

"The cabin was really lovely. Very nicely built. The top area with multiple beds is very cozy, and the bedroom is cozy too. We did notice that 2 of the beds smelled: 1 musty (top floor) and 1 like someone had just slept in it (some kind of perfume - in the bedroom) - so that's worth noting.Lots of extras in the kitchen which is really cool. Loved having a hair dryer as well, and a guitar to play. Plus axes to throw and more outside.Would love for there to be protective straps for the trees where they set up hammocks, a Zipline, and more - the lines are digging into the tree bark and hurting the numerous trees.I would come back, especially with a larger group."

"The location was so peaceful. At night the sky was full of stars and by day it was fun to sit on the deck and watch the cattle craze.The coffee bar was awesome. Loved the coffee to-go cups with lids. Kitchen was nicely stocked too.Tanna’s communication was stellar and the location to Crater Lake was great."

"We got in without any issues. We were about 20-30 minutes to Crater Lake. There isn’t much in the area. But we were there for the hiking and was looking for location as our first choice. There is a convenience store down the street. It’s attached to a Motel. We didn’t go in, they opened at noon. The beds are comfortable. We could have used a night stand in the room with the twin beds. We anticipated bringing food with us so we stopped to purchase food on our way. The stove and microwave worked fine.There was a note that the water was hard and to use the filtered water provided. Which was appreciated.The Fridge and bathroom are a step down from the kitchen. This is on the other side of the house from the bedrooms. We ended up leaving on a light over the sink and inside the bath. The bathroom also has a step up to the sink/toilet. We learned fast to be careful! I moved the rug so that it ran across the top of the step to give us more of a visual. The host Mary Anne was prompt in responses. We didn’t have cell coverage so the majority of our cell phone usage was either at the lodge or the house rental. So our communication was when we had WiFi. There was some minor stuff that I mentioned to her to deal with after we left."

"We had a great stay. It was a short drive to the Crater Lake park entrance. The location was perfect for our park visit. The unit is roomy and quiet. One of the best equipped kitchens we have had a many, many short term rentals."
