"Excellent rooms and facilities, rooms were like new. Amazing views from our falls facing room. Check in using Bon Voy app was easy and we could avoid lineup. Access to Clifton hill and falls was the key highlight. there was a free shuttle to the Fallsview Casino as well if you are a guest. Parking (self parking) is in a nearby building, so you need to unload your luggage at the Valet drop off area and you can park there for 10 mins to checkin and then park in the structure which was 100 meters away (not in the same building as we thought it would be). We stayed for a day so we could park in the lot for the whole day after we checked out, which sort of made up for the $50 parking fee. We opted in for the breakfast buffet, great views from the Fallsview Buffet Restaurant, good variety but don't expect premium food, not worth the full price, but we got a better price when we checked in.. The entertainment options on TV was good, we could sign in to our Netflix and Prime accounts and could clear the credentials when we checked out..Toiletries were top notch. Bed was comfortable and it was nice a quiet room! Overall highly recommended!"
