Great location

What a cute and nice apartment. Very comfortable and cozy and Quiet, for the price you can't beat the location. Easy walk to all attractions. Nicely updated and easy to access.Would absolutely stay there again.

Neighborhood was kind of run down, as was the property itself. Was kind of confusing to figure out how to get in the building initially. Wasn't a bad walk to get to the Falls and attractions. The bed and bath linens could do with a refresh. Overall, not bad.

Apartment near the falls

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was equipped with all the essentials we needed for our stay. Parking and location to the falls was great. Nice and quiet and comfortable.

Wonderful spot near the falls

Loved hanging out in the sunroom. What a great location, so close to walking to the falls and downtown. Enjoyed strolling in the nearby neighborhoods and greenbelt too!

There were some shops nearby. And, most important Niagara Falls was very close. The apartment was clean. However, the building is old and the steps outside need to be renovated to make them safe. I would not recommend that seniors rent this offering. Their is no elevator and the stairs are steep. No chairs in the kitchen and not enough dishes and silverware for a prolonged stay.

Great quiet area close to all the fun

Clean and decorated nicely. Lots of space for a couple on vacation. Bed was very clean and comfortable. Living room had basic needs, maybe would benefit from a more comfortable couch. Appreciated the air conditioning and blackout curtains!Lots of stairs, but a quiet spot not disturbed by other guests in the home.Could use a bit of an update in paint but still a great price for how close you are to dowtown, only 10 min walk. Great we could park there and walk to most things or take the bus for further away.

Great location!

This unit is in a perfect location for walking to and from the tourist areas in Niagara Falls and not needing to figure out a place to park. It's also about a 30 minute scenic drive to Niagara-on-the-Lake. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! I only took off one star because some of the furniture could be updated in the unit, but we were comfortable enough for our 3 day stay and would stay here again!

My husband and I were traveling to celebrate my 60th birthday. It was a great location and once we parked our car we didn’t have to drive again until we left. The bed was very comfortable and we got the rest we needed.

Perfect spot

If you want to spend time at Niagara Falls but don’t want to be right on one of the main strips, this is the place for you. It is about a 10-15 minute walk to the falls, and there are sidewalks on both sides of the road, so it is a safe walk, as well. It is also a short drive to other attractions, restaurants, breweries, etc. The apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay, and my few questions about the area were answered in a very timely manner. Definitely recommend.

Excellent property!

Very clean, well lit with cozy soft yellow lights, easy access, and great neighbors! Our car was snowed in and someone cleared it for us. Didn't even have to ask, just came out and it was ready to drive away!

Apartment was exactly as it was described on Vrbo, it had everything available to feel like home away from home, even if we like to cook a dinner all of the utensils were there. A walking distance to the Falls and all of the entertainment on the area , we even walked to the USA through the bridge to enjoy the beautiful falls and the river up close on the USA even though we had already been on the boat from the Canada side. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay a this place and we walk everywhere except to waltmart😂

This was a wonderful home base for our visit to Niagara Falls! We had to change our dates and Pascal was very accommodating. Very clean when we arrived! We had what we needed in the kitchen, although we were mostly just cooking frozen meals and eggs for breakfast. If planning to stay longer or do more robust cooking, you might want to double check exactly which cooking utensils are available since these were a bit limited. As far as walking distance, it was kind of a long walk. I was second trimester pregnant at the time and it probably took us half an hour to get to the Falls themselves. Still doable for sure, but just be aware it's more than a block or two to get to the Falls. We loved that it wasn't right in the thick of the touristy streets, though! It was on a more residential street and very quiet. There are four other units in the building (two below, one across the hall, and one above), but it was quiet and aside from occasional footsteps upstairs we felt like the only people on site. Nice and private.Overall, one of our best Vrbo stays!!

Quiet nights, full days

We are a couple in our early 60's. Our expectation was for a quiet and comfortable place to sleep after a busy day of exploring. Just a 13 minute walk to downtown, the building is in a safe, quiet neighborhood. The apartment is spacious and the bed is very comfortable...we slept well. The rest of the furniture is not so comfortable, but we didn't spend much time there so it didn't bother us. For us it fit the bill and we would stay here again.

The property was just as described!

The property was exactly as described! Beautifully decorated and quaint with all of the amenities listed and quiet. The evening we got there, we could hear the water from the Niagara Falls as we unloaded, so we walked right across the street and could see the river. From there we walked to the Rainbow Bridge and could see the falls from there. To get to the 'epicenter' of the falls was just under 2 miles, but to get to the nearest WEGO bus stop was about 1/4 mile. (We walked it all the first day, we we're tired on the way 'home' the second day)As stated, the apartment was perfect, we cooked and ate nearly all of our meals there. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, etc. as well as dish washing supplies.If we ever get back to Niagara Falls, Ontario, we will definitely seek this place out.

The space was very clean and tidy. Perfect for a couples weekend. Walking distance to the falls and restaurant and shops was great especially since parking near falls is very expensive. Parking at the apartment was perfect. The host had great communication. Would highly recommend.
