「Communication with the property owner was confusing and questions were left unanswered. The difference in the accommodations was not clearly explained and information provided was inaccurate. The property manager Yvonne was excellent and always available with lots of information. She was very helpful with clearing up the confusion.」

「There wasn’t any hand soap and the body wash was empty. The host also sent a man in while I was there to fix plumbing but didn’t tell me about it. The place is aesthetically pleasing and the host did respond in a timely manner. 」

「The bedroom and bathroom were both clean, tidy and well outfitted. The bedroom included a mini fridge, tea/coffee maker, milk packets, coffee packets, bottled water, glasses and mugs. 「The rental was beautiful. You forget you are in a basement because of the size and tall ceilings. We loved having our bedroom separate from the kids(theater room).
