"Breakfast was poor at best compared to all other hotels I’ve stayed at. Amenities were not great I had to buy a coffee maker for my room because it was a long stay room with stove ect but was equipped. Cheap .50 plastic dishes from Walmart that were used up. One spoon 2 forks lots of spatulas. I asked for more spoons and plates replaced nothing happened."

"I had requested a handicap room. They said it was available. I needed hand bars in the bathroom, I couldn’t even get my walker in the bathroom alone shut the door. I couldn’t even take a shower. It was disgusting. When I got there, I was told they didn’t have a handicap, as I was checking out the lady said the handicap room was available, which thoroughly pissed me off. Room and I had already accepted my reservation. I was highly disappointed. I would never stay there again. The man didn’t offer me a refund or nothing to go find another place."
