「I have stayed here before without issue, however I will never be able to stay again. The entire third floor where we were staying reeked of smoke when we arrived and it continued for our entire stay. Upon notifying the front desk, their solution was to come spray a citrus smelling something in the hallway which then mixed with the smoke and smelled awful. It was so bad, that it was seeping into our room all night. There are signs and fliers everywhere touting the property as being 100% smoke...

「Room was clean and spacious, Staff was helpful and curious」

「It was fine. They only had half a roll of toilet paper, which was kinda weird that it wasn't a whole roll. The girl that was supposed to check me out this morning wouldn't get off her cellphone or even look up. Just said " Have a good day" While still looking at her phone. To the point where I was actually thrown off by the audacity of her attitude」

「The hotel could use a few updates here and there but overall, spacious room, sufficiently appointed, and friendly staff. Really good value for the price. I didn’t have any pots and pans in the room since there’s a kitchen. Would be good if those were stocked.」

「Convenient walk to dinner. Nice staff. But a bit understaffed...decent breakfast.」

「Poor shower pressure, noisy outside by air conditioning machine. Close to shopping center.」

「Super helpful and nice staff thank you」

「It was way better than we expected, given the cheap price. Would stay here again if we are in the area. Quiet area, clean room, great price. Don’t need much else.」

「Jim, the staff member who checked us in was extremely kind and competent. We had some issues with our reservations because of some problems with Expedia and he fixed it right away. Great guy.」

「I highly recommend this hotel! I was initially skeptical as I had not heard of this hotel chain before. I stopped by in advance of my stay and the manager, Shauna, gave me a tour and put my mind at ease. Our stay was fantastic! Shauna and her team were professional, pleasant, and made us feel so welcome! They quickly responded to any questions or requests we had and checked in throughout our stay to make sure things were going well. Book your stay, you will not be disappointed!」

「This is my third stay and it just keeps getting better! I was in town to attend the Princess Buffet with my granddaughters which happened to be located in the hotel's restaurant. Whoever organized this event did an amazing job! The decorations, food and treats for the young princesses were wonderful and well thoughout. The best feature was the very talented young women dressed as Disney pricesses who sang and greeted each girl at their table to chat. That being said, my room was fresh and...
