The amenities were wonderful and plentiful, and Art was an exceptional host: incredibly thoughtful, generous, and communicative throughout our stay.Our kids especially loved the touches just for them, like the coloring books, games, and arcade. "Wonderful house. We did a lot of cooking and everything you needed was at your fingertips. The location worked out great for our adventures. Saco river for tubing, North Conway, Mount Cranmore coaster all 20 to 30 minutes away. Bedrooms were large and comfortable. The game room was a huge hit for the kids. "
