Think the hotel should put a pool for the other location down the road along with all the amenities they offer like the hot tub. Would be nice for all rooms to have a private deck. Room was clean and spacious. Service was friendly and helpful

The room was nice, the picture of the room we booked had a full kitchen and our room just had a fridge, microwave, and toaster, no sink. They accidentally put us in a room with 2 queens when we booked a king room but someone drove right down with new room keys for us so no big deal. The most alarming part was when I gave my toddler a bath, the bath kept filling with black specks and flies. My daughter was so excited to take a bath with her toys and I had to pull her out. I drained the tub, let the water run for a bit and tried again and still black build up was all in the tub.

Room was very clean, the fireplace was great. Expedia did a horrible job with check-in instructions. It gave hotel address but failed to mention you must check in half a mile away at another Attitash Lodge. We found the lack of information annoying and simply unprofessional. Come on Expedia......do better.

Our room was filthy with food on the floor the last tenets clothes... shirts boots... cheetos... one roll of toilet paper. I think the front desk is amazing. The pool was down for a few fays and we were sent to an other hotel a few miles away. We had a great stay.

We loved staying here. Our only complaint was the shower leaked on the ground. We made sure the shower doors were shut all the way but it leaked every shower. We used towels to wipe it up. It was inconvenient to have the power out but we understand you can’t control these things so we went to the pool to pass time. Pool area could have been nicer. Overall, though, great time

We stayed 1 night at the Alpenglow Lodge. Overall it was good. Very soon after booking, the hotel sent me a message saying check in was just up the road from the property at the Attitash Mountain Village. There’s a sign that says it, but there are multiple buildings (it’s in the hospitality room). The staff was very friendly and let us check in early. The room was just fine however, for being a pet free room there was dog hair on the bedding and furniture. For almost $200 a night and allegedly pet free, I was very disappointed in that.

My only complaint the two things we wanted to utilize 1. Walk to the saco river in the evening 2. The pool... were not on site for us. We would need to drive to them. It said pool and walk to the river on site. It was not.
Sun rise
Evening view.
