"This house was a great stay for a long weekend. We had 5 people and had plenty of room. The kitchen was stocked so making meals at home was great. The firepit was awesome and having a propane grill was nice for a cookout. The only downfall was a slow draining bathtub/shower and no towels being offered. I would totally stay again! "

"The view was outstanding. And the location was great. We enjoyed the pools and hot tub at the rec center and the nice little walk in the woods to get there (and that is was only 3min away if you didn't want to walk). So much to do around the area and the host was very responsive. However it is a little more rustic than the photos make it seem and a little musty. The bed I had wasn't all that comfy but I moved to one of the bunk beds and slept well there. FYI: It's $100 to have the trash removed...

"Was pretty clean a few thing were not as expected. Dishwasher had broken glass in it so we did not use it, call and they said they would send someone to look at it but never were told if they did or not. Trash was full outside and they took care of that. Also should have told us the washer can only use cold water so we knew a head of time. The sliding door had a hole in the screen. Which we picked up ourselves. "Let’s just start with- overall the house served its purpose. We had a roof over our heads for the 4 days we were in town. There were some oddities about this place that I will list below. Negatives This is not an air conditioned house. It has 1 window unit in the kitchen. The house was 89 deg upon our arrival and took two days to even get to 79 deg. You must run the dehumidifier constantly and empty the bucket multiple times a day. There are fans in every room but not outlets in every room...

"This property was the perfect size for my family for a short 4th getaway. We love the Conway NH area and it was nice to be right on the Saco river. The hot tub was a great bonus and I was pleasantly surprised that we were able to access the river through a stairway in the back yard of the property. "We had a great time. The home was clean & space for 8woman was good. It’s was in a great spot close to NorthConway if you want to venture out. The price for the spot was good. "I didn’t look close at the on-line pics so at first arrival I had concerns. It’s a charming older style lake house that could use a bit of pampering but it was very clean and comfortable for our group of 8. The host and management company were great and easy to communicate with. We came up for our daughter’s wedding and we all had a very nice weekend. Thank you"

"We had a wonderful time at the lake house in Conway for Memorial Day Weekend. The view from the back deck was amazing and the property matched the view with so much waterfront on the lake. The house was very clean and had everything you need. Plus, it’s a perfect location accessible to everything the area offers. Overall, we had a great stay and will absolutely come again."

"Outstanding views. Convenient location. Nicely appointed. Spacious enough for 8 adults and 6 children with opportunities for privacy. Excellent game room. Towels more than plentiful. However, odd that there was not enough glassware to go around. Would rate experience A plus but for one serious shortcoming. The fence in front of property is not secure and potentially hazardous for families with young children."
