"O Hotel é novo e os funcionários são atenciosos. Achei o quarto bem pequeno de forma que duas pessoas tinham dificuldades para se locomover ao mesmo tempo e manusear as malas. O local é bom mas bem mais afastado da área de maior movimentação (fica no final de Cabo Branco). Há um restaurante parceiro no hotel em que é servido o café da manhã que é bom mas nada de excepcional. Senti falta de uma sala de visitas com TV ou algum entretenimento pois nos dias de chuva não havia o que fazer a não ser...

Apparently a disconnect between the individual apt owner, hotels.com, and the front desk. Also pool was never open yet—one of the main reasons we selected it. Also property is not a hotel. Reviews of 10 score were misleading. "

"Great hotel, many services, and employees always available to help and solve any problem you may face. Close to many good restaurants and shoppings, close to beach and easy to drive to. It's in a quiet / safe neighbourhood, not "walk" close to where most activities are done in city, but at 5-10 mins by car. App cars are easy to call in the area. "

"The staff is very friendly and even helped our party with a lost item! Lovely location and overall peaceful environment. We had breakfast included in our stay and it was worth it! Some rooms are larger than others and are very cozy for movie nights."

"The hotel itself is nice and the staff responsive. The morning breakfast crew did a good job with the food. You can plan on not taking a shower around 6:30 A.M. due to an apparent lack of water. On the weekend, you will need some ear protection until around midnight when the local bands stop playing. You might check around to see how the competition is rated in the area before you book here."
