"Incredible room with most friendly staff that speak multiple languages, very close to dining and shopping"

"It took us a long time to check in, receptionist on long conversation on phone and another guest waiting to check in. Room was comfortable, though bathroom small. Hotel in a good area with lots of restaurants nearby (Italian on the corner was very good). Little crockery/cutlery and utensils. Ok for our two day stay but wouldn't recommend for any longer."
