"Great room, friendly and helpful staff...great facilities "

"I've stayed in quite a few Premier Inns and Travelodges this year, and a few independent hotels, but my room at Tŷ Magor beat all of them. My room was comfortable and fresh and spotlessly clean (the glass and polished metal gleaming!). The bed was comfortable (there was a sofa bed too), the pillows generous. The bara brith biscuits were yummy and the coffee bags were good. Best of all, the air conditioning was pretty much silent, but still effective. I slept well. Reception staff were friendly and the whole experience was good."

"Friendly staff who resolved enquiries quickly. Very functional rooms - we love the hair care, toiletries, tea/coffee, vanity area and hot/cold tap in the corridor. Also appreciated the complimentary drinks in reception and the comfortable and stylish seating areas."
