フォレスト・ヒースのヴィラ

「We stayed here over a bank holiday weekend for Spa break. We were disappointed with immediately after arrival on the day, were shown the leisure/spa facilities of the hotel, which we thought was the spa in the pics, we were not advised otherwise. Spoiler alert, the actual spa isn’t in the same premises, the one on the premises is pretty much like a local leisure centre with tired facilities. We only found the next day that we had to leave the premises to go to the actual spa after my husband...

「Room in the town house was clean an tidy, bed very comfortable. Shower and bath a very good size! The only thing bad was the noice from the main high street, as we stayed there on a Saturday night and were woken up a few times. Staff were very helpful and polite. Breakfast was lovely with a large selection. would definitely recommend a stay.」

「On arrival at Bell Cottage we were met by occupants who directed us around the corner to the owner's house. The owner was not in but able to communicate via the Ring doorbell. We were greeted warmly and told where to collect the keys to a different property with en-suite and a shared kitchen, situated to the the left of the owner's house. So a bit of confusion to start with, but the attic room we occupied was lovely, cosy, comfy and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed our stay. 」

「一番カジュアルな料金の部屋を予約しました。 コロナ対策は厳重で、チェックインは対面ではなくＷｅｂシステムを利用します。 部屋は清潔に保たれており、イギリスのこうしたホテルとしては珍しく電子レンジや冷蔵庫があって大変便利です。 周辺にスーパーが多かったので重宝しました。 チェックアウトに関しても若干融通を利かせてくれるのがありがたかったです。 ただ、一番小さい部屋は、換気が悪いのか、かなりカビ臭く、喘息持ちの自分はちょっと耐えられませんでした。 換気のいい部屋は追加料金だったので、この点だけが残念です。」
