The detached holiday home, renovated in 2021, is furnished in a modern style. The property is located in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is popular also due to its quiet and sunny location. For exclusive use are available: children's playground, swing, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, garden swing and fire pit.

Fonyód. The holiday home is located on a 800 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow and shrubs, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property.

Air conditioning. Air conditioners in the bedroom and living room. Cot and internet access (Wi‑Fi). Television reception via satellite.

American kitchen (walk-through room) with dining area (4 seats), electric stove (4 plates), oven, extractor hood, fridge (120 l, icebox), microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle and access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window. Living/bedroom with 2 additional beds on double sofa bed.

Erholung am Balaton

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr ruhig, die Vermieter sind nett und sehr zurückhaltend. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten haben gefehlt. Es gab keine Geschirrtücher, kein Besen und Handfeger , kein Duschvorleger, keine Haken im Bad für Waschlappen oä und nur 4 Handtücher für 3 Personen in14 Tagen. Doch wir fühlten uns wohl. Dagmar
