"The room being small and the view from the room not very nice (dirty roof). Also, the air conditioning was weak and the room very hot although it wasn't hot outside. "Excellent receptionist who was very friendly and welcoming. She explained everything very clearly, including the attended swimming pool opening hours, and we can't praise her enough. We managed to find ourselves locked out of the hotel after reception opening hours, but the telephone hotline operator was very forthcoming and able to help us without much ado.
