"Residence le Pastel Jeanne d’Arc – Toulouse Very disappointing stay 👎 The only positive thing about this place is the convenient location. Unfortunately, everything else was far below expectations. The room was very small, old, and had an unpleasant smell. The overall atmosphere felt uncomfortable and even a bit creepy, which made it hard to relax. We originally booked and paid for two nights, but after the first night, we decided to leave early because we simply didn’t feel comfortable...

"BonjourLe ménage n’etait pas fait et ce n’était pas propre (salle de bain !) Il n’y avait qu’une seule serviette et nous étions 4 !!! Donc j’ai dû en acheter…En plus le chauffage n’avait pas été coupé dans une chambre (ce qui est dans vos instructions) Grand appartement très accessible. "

"We stayed for a month, using this flat as our home base while exploring the area and a few larger cities in Spain and France. It was clean, efficient and a great place to recharge. The location was ideal. On the 14th there were fireworks just outside on the river. We all hope to be back some day."
