Parking was a breeze and the balconies overlooked the beach and ocean. Beautiful sunrises/sunsets and easy access to both the water and the town which started a block away. The property was clean and comfortable.

Great Anniversary Stay

My wife and I enjoyed the property and its access to all Folly has to offer (and the short drive to Charleston). We loved waking up to the view of the waves and morning walks on the beach!

Cute condo with perfect location

This condo was perfect for what we needed. It was updated, had plenty of space and the small touches with bathroom and kitchen essentials was thoughtful. The location was super convenient—just a short walk to the beach and close to local shops, restaurants and the pier. Perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!

Great location that was a quick hop into downtown Charleston with great things to do within a 3 minute walk. Suggest everyone do the escape rooms down the street!

Long weekend getaway

We stayed here for a long weekend for a girls trip and it was fabulous!!! The condo was immaculate, right on the beach so coffee on the deck every morning to the sound of the waves. Beautiful, spacious rooms and bathrooms. We will definitely be back!

Relax at Folly Beach

Property is nice and clean. Thin walls if you have people above you. Access to beach and local shops and restaurants is very close, which is good and bad. While convenient if you’re seeking quiet and no crowds this may not be ideal location. Overall a great place and value.

Side trip to Folly/Charleston

Excellent. Perfect beachfront location for watching beautiful sunrises and surfers. Steps from Folly pier and downtown restaurants. Super clean and very well decorated and laid out for 2 couples or family of 4. Only complaints would be can hear walking above you if staying on a lower level and there is no elevator, so be aware if carrying heavy luggage.
