"There was a mix-up with the reservation (through Expedia), but we were able to fix the problem. The staff was very helpful and kind. The rooms were very cool, well-maintained, and clean. Breakfast was great! The only complaint I had, was our shower head didn't have much water pressure. Just a word of advice: I made a request for my room to be away from the elevator (due to being a light sleeper). Expedia made my reservation for a handicapped room, which was actually directly next to the elevator. The property could not change my room placement without Expedia's instruction, so I had to call Expedia to request a different room. It was resolved easily, but it did require an extra 20 or 30 minutes to check in."
