When arriving, the view is amazing. When entering the house, the house was very clean and the temperature inside was well conditioned. Touring the inside, the location was really spacious and accommodated our large group really well. Not only was the outside an amazing view of the water but the master bathroom made the view so much better during shower time. There is a circular window in the fully open, dual head, and stone floor shower that faces the water. The master bedroom had a really comfortable bed and the down stairs maintained the set temperature without issue. This location had everything needed, pots, pans, and utensils. We didn’t have to go out of our way to purchase any utensils needed to cook a gumbo or a gravy. They also have a fish fryer that made things quite convenient. Only recommendations I have for this location, not knocking the 5 star review because it’s well worth it, are: A railing is definitely needed on the dock because the vinyl planks on the pier make every step taken feel like your off balance and will fall. The utensil drawer keeps sliding open on its own, but I believe that may be due to the leveling of the location. And lastly, a railing system for the steps to the second floor would be a nice add. The Host- Every inquiry was answered very quickly and very nicely. The host was very accommodating prior to arrival and during the time of departure. I’ve stayed at different locations and this host was amazing! We would stay here again!
