「We arrived early ....and the check in time suppose to be 4pm ,but the room not available till 5pm ,we spoke with the Manager on duty but he didnt care he just told us to waIT till the room is ready. We check in after 5pm and the room was smell bad and the AC didnt work is very HOT inside, we called but they didnt come till the next morning. This is they biggest/larger room in the hotel 17th floor with 3 bedroom i paid almost $4K USD for 3days. Very dissapointed and your Manager on duty was...

「great hotel- very fun so if u have kids this ia a great place- restaurant at the hotel was also suprisingly very good- cool grotto pool and grotto bar :) beach volleyball courts all over the beach, have a stay its def a good time. - Drew」

「In need of a remodel」

「Room was clean, breakfast was good, room service staff was very nice. Didn't receive 5 starts because we asked for extra blankets and front desk Dorien didn't feel like we needed one blanket per person. She gave us an attitude when I called for an extra sheet set, told me she wasn't sending up any more linens and hung up on me. Other then that, stay was good.」

「Fantastic Resort, Beautiful Location, pricey at $700-800/ Night. Staff is exceptional. Attention to detail impressive Restaurant FOOW is just average food, mediocre service / beachfront/ stunning location Beach chairs at $100/ day is excessive. We will stay again 」
