「We stayed here over Christmas while visiting family in the area. The unit was dirty upon arrival. The floors and hard surfaced had not been cleaned. Some dishes were put away dirty. The dishwasher had black mold inside and would not be useful in cleaning dishes. We brought this to the property managers attention and they offered to bring a crew in on Christmas Eve to clean but we would of had to pack up our belongings and then unpack again once cleaned. Great location to the historic district which were walked to.The night we arrived the lights in the upper common area hall were out. We contacted the owner and the following morning, everything was rectified. She was very responsive.」
