「The property itself was awesome, great location, far enough away from downtown to still have a nice quiet appeal, yet within walking distance of EVERYTHING! The one and only downside for this place wasn’t even their fault. This property is 100% smoke free, yet it did not stay that way, there were a lot of people smoking out on their balconies or hiding beside the buildings to not be seen, and it ruined it for us. We couldn’t keep our sliding door open for a nice cross breeze as smoke was just...

「This place is exactly why we love older motels. We seek ones that have been updated and loved. Unique with a story. There is no heavy hall doors slamming and waking you up. There is no loud TV or foot stomps above you. You simply drive up to your door and unload. No more lugging your things hundreds of feet away. We got their 2 room suite (perfect if there is a snorer with you). The room had a fresh coat of paint, new floors and a new bath tube.」

「Great rooms in nicely maintained older building. Had biscuits and gravy for breakfast which were home made and delicious. It's always nice to take a step away from the corporate chains and find a hidden gem like this. Definitely would recommend.」
