We just wrapped up our stay and had an incredible time in Florence. As much as I would love to give 5 stars I can’t because the noise at this apartment prevented us from getting a good nights sleep all week and they don’t advertise that part. It’s a nice, clean, updated apartment with a little kitchen which was great especially in the morning when you want to chill and have an espresso before heading out. The building has an elevator which is a huge plus and the location is excellent for walking and convenience to shops, restaurants, and all the main attractions. We fit comfortably as a family of 5 and streamed movies at night when we wanted to relax after long days which was nice. Here is what they leave out, you will have a bar/ night club directly below you and hear bass thumping and people partying until at least 3AM every night…even on a Monday or mid week.For all the positive things about this place that kind of kills it because you’ll be exhausted from not sleeping. The hot water in the second bathroom wasn’t reliable either so we all used the master shower. I wanted to love this place but not being able to sleep killed it and I would definitely look elsewhere next time in Florence. The management company communicated well and made the check in process easy which we appreciate so we’d probably look for other properties they manage in the city. My final take is it’s perfect if you’re going to be out and about and partying at night but I wouldn’t stay here with the fam.
