「This was a lovely self catering apartment in a quiet location. The apartment was fitted with everything I needed and the woodburner made it warm and cozy in the evenings.」

「Olive is a lovely property situated right in the heart of the countryside. A great place to relax and a lovely big enclosed garden for our dog to roam free. We had such a lovely stay, it has everything you need and more. Interior is so nice and cosy with a modern a twist. Very close to some lovely local pubs, restaurants and farm shops. Penelope was amazing and helped us with anything we needed. Highly recommended if you’re in the Cheshire area. Would love to go back!」

「The property was of a basic nature and very tired in places. The bathroom paint was peeling off the walls. The bed was a small queen bed that wasn't big enough for 2 adults to get a good night sleep. The mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. Due to this we left the property early and had to book a hotel. I also tried to contact the property as advised by Sykes cottages, but my calls were unanswered and not returned. Overall a disappointing stay. There are plenty of better rentals available.」

「Clean property in a nice central location for the things we wanted to do. Has everything you would need to use in the kitchen. We would happily stay there again.」
