「The house was very charming, the scenery was excellent, and it has everything you will need for a stay. Expect some owner visits to make sure you have everything you need. They have some beautiful animals and a wonderful place, they want to make sure the tenants have everything. We accidentally left clothes in the dryer and the owner shipped them to us. We will definitely be back and be sure to not leave anything. This is a great place to be in this world.」

「Was overall a great stay! Everything was very clean and appeared exactly like in the photos. We had only one issue, which was the instructions for entering the building were slightly unclear; though the owner responded in a timely manner to assist, and so it was no big deal. Highly recommend!」

「Perfectly appointed cottage with lovely covered porch for morning coffee and evening wine. Super easy and kind host. House has coffee and cream, which was nice! We will be back. Near DuPont Forest for great biking and close to Pisgah for hiking. 」

「Very nice place! Carol is very nice - greeted me in the driveway, she keeps a really nice garden and takes good care of her property. The place is not big but everything we needed - two full bedrooms plus a decent-sized living area. And I enjoyed hanging out on the screened patio any time of day and taking in the natural habitat. It’s a little bit of a walk to parts of downtown - seems like more of a drive. I would definitely stay here again!」

「This cabin is just as described. It felt like we were right at home. The bed was comfy. Kitchen was stocked with all the cooking items you would need--we did cook a few meals here. We also checked out several of the local restaurants and towns. We enjoyed several evenings on the enclosed deck--it was just so nice to sit and listen to nature and be lost in your thoughts. The neighborhood is beautiful. There is a cabin next door that can be rented as well--we talked about having our kids/grandkids...

「Check-in was easy, and the host was mostly very quick and communicative. Property was as described, but the hot tub was unsanitized and unusable upon arrival. The host did respond within a couple hours and got that fixed, however. 」

「For our purposes, this property was perfect. It was a 5-minute drive to Brevard Music Center, and about a 7-minute walk to downtown. It is well maintained, and definitely a cut above most rental properties. If it’s available, we’ll certainly rent this property on future trips to Brevard. 」
