「I find it interesting that the daily rate fluctuates from day to day. The taxes is supposed to be made out to be the “norm” everywhere you go, but it’s ridiculous. A “MAT” charge on top of everything too!? The tiles in our washroom from the moment we walked in spilled water under our feet, when walked on. There is water under the tiles from the previous guests. 「The room was in poor condition and quality. The service was okay. We had to leave the hotel early and change to different hotel for resident. Will not consider as an option in the future.」

「4泊したがその内一日は部屋の清掃が行われず、洗面所のシンクの水を貯めることが出来なかった。また携帯電話が故障してホテルの電話から国際電話を掛けようとしたが 壊れていて最後の日まで利用出来なかった。全体として設備が老朽化している印象。」

「We stayed for one night, and overall, the suite served its purpose as a place to sleep before checking out early the next morning. A few things stood out during our stay. The carpet did not look very clean, and the suite had many empty cabinets along with a large fridge, which felt a bit unusual. The suite we stayed in also did not have any windows, which made the space feel less comfortable. The suite was meant to accommodate six people, but only one small shampoo, conditioner, and body...

「今年から日本の方がスタッフではいられていました。ダウンタウンからは地下鉄とバスで乗り継がないといけないので不便ではありますがとても快適に過ごせました。」

「Its ok for a day to rest undisturbed for a solo traveller but not advisable for family. Room was infested with big size ants and they ruined my $34 take way and $7 coffee. 」

「車利用者には便利。そして新しいのかきれいで快適。駐車場（地下二階）は少し分かりにくいがインストラクションは丁寧。ロビーが12階、部屋はその上。タッチパネル型のエレベーターは、タッチパネルの下に部屋のカードをかざせばスムーズに移動が可能。カードをかざさないと上がる際は12階で一旦降りる必要がある。朝食も充実。地下鉄終点から２kmほどYongeを北上したロケーションで、周囲を見ると、若干開発が早すぎたのかな、という印象。」

「Highly recommended! Communication was excellent, with very clear and detailed instructions — including pictures — to help access the property and room with ease. They were also very accommodating and understanding with my mixed-up travel plans, which I truly appreciated. The parking space was convenient and clean rooms/washrooms an added bonus as well.」
