「This property is exactly as it looks in the pictures. It was very clean, big enough for 9 of us, and the top floor was amazing! The elevator made it so much easier for the elderly members of our family. The only issue we had was not the fault of management (it was due to construction behind it clipping the internet cable,) and management was able to resolve it the next morning. They were very communicative throughout our stay. Location is perfect! You can walk to several shops and restaurants....

「Landscaping overgrown and not cared for makes the place cheap looking. Hole in ceiling where plumbing was done. Down stairs shower no hot water. Roaches in kitchen as well as well as some millipedes. Cold air vent in children’s bedroom was unable to shut. Exposed wiring by outside control box. No beach umbrellas available, had to request. Patio umbrella broken. Beach chairs as well as patio umbrella in disrepair. Railings to beach needs sanding (grandson got splinter). Some wall outlets not...

「There were a few minor issues that Alina took care of quickly. I stayed with my wife, our two sons, their wives and our granddaughter…and “grand dogs”. The access to the beach, outdoor shower, balconies and deck were fantastic. The three upper level bedrooms (King, Queen, Queen) were spacious and had plenty of storage space. The dining room table had plenty of room for eating and playing games. I plan to book it again next year as soon as my sons confirm their availability.」
