「The stay and customer service was so amazing. I’m coming back again this year to the same villa again 」

「Pool was very small with limited seating. Property is not on the beach. Service in the restaurant was incredibly slow. Manager running around while waitstaff did nothing.」

「The room was equipped with a refrigerator, stove and a coffee pot with coffee. They also have coffee available in the front office early morning. There is a shuttle that runs every half hour to Ocean Club West and back. Our building was furthest away from the beach but a short walk past pools. We arrived early and they gave us our room before 4:00 which was helpful. We were also able to get a late check out thanks to the front desk . Most shuttle drivers go above and beyond. Special...

「Very well appointed Unit- we had a jungle view unit- with a great patio, the washer and dryer were so nice. The Pool was amazing - very nice chairs and umbrellas. The beach was great very clean- very little sea grass - and even some snorkeling - chairs and palapas available - no crowding. We Used the restaurant a couple of times -- good food and drinks. The property was very nice and kept up. 」

「The unit was clean and well equipped. It does need to have blackout curtains. The sun rises early and you will be woke up early, early first thing in the morning. When staying here you will need to have a rental car- but driving almost anywhere on the island only takes 30 minutes.」

「An amazing place to relax and swim. Best view from the rooftop restaurant for breakfast. Rooms comfortable and very clean. Had no housekeeping day 1 and daily service replaced some not all towels. Elevators shared w/maintenance & cleaning crew which caused delays. For a 5star place they have some rough edges but overall a beautiful stay, 」

The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, but the bathroom was my favorite part. It was large, beautifully designed, and aesthetically pleasing. Everything about the stay was lovely, and I truly loved every moment. I can’t wait to book again!」

「This property was really nice. We will definitely stay there again next year. Compared to Seven Stars this place has a sleep sofa in the one bedroom. Hemingway's restaurant never disappoints. Staff was on point and so friendly. Close to downtown no need for expensive taxi.」

「There are friendly & kindly front desk staffs, bar. Also there are nice pool and spa. Breakfast is ok. There is Super market near the hotel. Also it has some restaurants around the hotel. House keeping is always on time. Its good. 」

「I got horrible Bed bugs bites on my child face, doors and feet, while the rest of the body was in pajamas for the fist night I stayed there, was offered no refund for that night and was moved to another room on the 3rd floor for the 2nd night. I notified management right away and showed them the bites. never returning」
