「Very clean facility with a home touch. Very friendly staff & food made to order. Albeit it is about a half hour + away from Capitol Reef National Park, it is worth the drive if that's your destination. Take note, this is a very nice place to stay and with very good food but there is really nothing else around as far as restaurants or entertainment goes. Troy at the front couldn't be more friendlier.」

「There was no check in. No hospitality whatsoever. Room was clean and bed was comfy but coffee machine was useless (no filter basket) and no microwave although it was listed. There is a "community kitchen" where you bring your own food. I guess this is supposed to be "virtually managed" which means no management no hospitality. You just have to figure things out on your own. Good luck.」

「Pool and spa CLOSED!!! I booked with this hotel especially for the pool and spa. Pool is for my autistic daughter and spa is for me after a long drive. We were so disappointed that we have to discovered ourself the pools and spa were closed. If their pool and spa are not in service why were they putting on their profile. They should have told us when we checked in. But they didn’t. I have to calm my daughter down because she was so ready for the pool. They didn’t even offer us partial refund or...
