My biggest complains are that the pool was closed and we didn’t know, and that I paid for a a room with a balcony and they didn’t have one. The receptionist said that it was Expedia’s fault that they didn’t specify that we had paid for a balcony. When I complained they offered me a ground level room with a patio with no views with no bathtub with an accessible bathroom next to the convention area where a party was taking place with a party going on…"

"The hotel is not equipped to handle a large number of people. Perhaps I was just unlucky, as there was a group of 80 students staying at the same time. Only two elevators were working and they were incredibly slow; I ended up taking the stairs to the 8th floor every time because it was faster. Between the noise and the fact that our bed wasn't even made upon arrival, I had several sleepless nights. Breakfast is also overpriced for what you get. On a positive note, the staff were very kind—except for the lady at breakfast, which was understandable given the crowd of teenagers."
