「Good breakfast, clean rooms 」

「Wonderful hotel stay. I was in Waterloo for a conference and the hotel where the conference was held was sold out. I am so glad that I had a reservation at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The staff I encountered were all very nice. I especially liked that the cafe was open early. I was able to grab coffee before heading to the conference. I would stay here again. 」

「Loved the cleanliness! That is always my top priority. We arrived late due to traveling. The gentleman at the desk was very welcoming. We appreciated the lemon water in the lobby and a list of local restaurants. The beds were very comfortable and white and clean. The bathroom was stocked with everything and clean and white. We felt very safe. We will most definitely be returning!」

「The hotel room was clean but very small (obviously since it was a Microtel). The staff were really friendly and the breakfast was okay. Penn Yan is a small town but the hotel is located very near several restaurants, stores, and taverns. All in walking distance. The only thing about this hotel and that it has only one elevator and it is very slow. 」

「Loved being by the lake and next to the welcome center and the state park. Coffee was not good, but that’s a personal taste. Dinner menu at hotel was very limited and only changed once a week. No substitutions allowed. 」
