「Lovely hotel, fantastic staff , shame about the weather .」

「Room nothing like the photos. Broken sky light with no blind. Wall paper peeling off. Filthy carpets, stained and very very unpleasant. Checked out after being there for 1/2 hour and just got " sorry". I have stayed in some unpleasant places but this was frankly disgusting . Waste of money, no refund offered」

「Phenomenal stay at the Sail Loft. I stayed a few nights after the Kadampa meditation retreat and absolutely loved my stay. The location is excellent, amazing walking opportunities and the beach is a 30 second walk from the front door! You can get whatever you need from the coop in town. The place is well heated and all cooking and cleaning amenities are provided. Place was spotless on entry and had everything I needed. Amazing price too 10/10 & I’ll be back soon」

「Room dirty , no remote for tv No breakfast in morning even though we were charged for breakfast,no one available at all in the morning, tried calling the phone number supplied but no answer , finally got the manager at 12oclkck midday ,told them about my issues and they did not care in the slightest ,told me to contact hotels .com ,absolutely disgusting behaviour customer service zero . Do not recommend this place to anyone . 」

「Older hotel and it shows. It’s a small town though and it’s what I expected. The glorious view from our room was worth it though.」

「Fantastic place to stay. Lovely couple who Can’t do enough for you. Great breakfast lovely clean friendly place. Highly recommend」

「I wasn’t driving and it was only a ten minute walk from the main shops and fifteen minute walk from the bus」

「Property was as described and as remembered (it was my granny’s old cottage!) . The welcome pack of goodies was a nice surprise. The cottage was very clean and nicely decorated with a cozy homely feel. I especially loved the fluffy white towels provided! I was put in touch with Debbie after I booked and she was great at communicating before, during and after the stay. I booked through Hotels.com but it’s a Sykes cottage and due to this Sykes wouldn’t let me amend any details through their app...

「チェックインからチェックアウトまで快適だった。」

「Breakfast was excellent. Cooked English breakfast was substantial and very tasty. Staff very friendly. Hotels immaculately clean. Nice hot shower.」
